Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, technical skills, and a passion for creating innovative spaces. You will collaborate with senior architects and other stakeholders to develop project concepts, prepare design documentation, and ensure that projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and presentations for various projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and updates on design progress.
• Research materials, products, and construction methods to enhance project quality and sustainability.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations for clients.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in architectural technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
