Architect

JOB PROFILE:

· Should have a thorough knowledge of design, approval drawings, working drawings, DC rules & Liaison process for obtaining approvals in Mumbai.

· Should be aware about different DC regulations, UDCPR and premium calculations

· This role involves close coordination with consultants, Govt. Sanctioning Authorities or related authorities and internal teams to ensure design intent & project goals are achieved.

· Closely monitor project progress at all stages, proactively anticipate upcoming drawing requirements and identify potential design or execution challenges in advance.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.

· Conduct site visits, oversee design implementation, and resolve site-level queries with contractors and vendors.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

· Support project scheduling, in coordination with project managers.

· Ensure all team protocols, systems, and processes communicated by the Management are effectively implemented and followed by internal team members, consultants, and site teams.

· Review all working drawings (WD) received from any source before they are issued to the site, ensuring that error-free, high-quality drawings are assigned.

· Ensure that all documentation and drawings are thoroughly checked for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and regulations.

· Should have analytical skills for review & analysis of development potential in a project.

· Should have proficiency in Autocad.

· Should have strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients.

· Should be able to handle multiple types of assignments at a time.

RESPONSIBILITY

· Calculation of FSI area, carpet area and construction area

· Preparation of FSI area calculations and premium calculations

· Co-ordination with internal teams

· Preparation of reports in Technical / Physical Due Diligence assignments

· Co-ordination, meeting with developers / clients, Govt. Officers for data

· Design Management wherever applicable

· Site site visits inspection (in and around Pune)

· Maintaining data and knowledge set on approvals and premium calculations.

# Should be a qualified B. Arch Architect with more than 4 years’ experience.

# Should have good knowledge of UDCPR rules.
It would be an added advantage if you have knowledge qbout PMC, PMRDA, MMRDA,etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
