About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering architectural solutions across commercial, retail, hospitality, and high-end residential projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, space planning, and detailed architectural drawings for assigned projects.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with client requirements.
- Create detailed working drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams—interiors, MEP, production, and project management—to ensure design feasibility and alignment with execution standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and resolve any technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for technical inputs, material selections, and approvals.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and relevant building codes.
- Participate in client meetings, understand briefs thoroughly, and convert them into functional design solutions.
- Support the team in value engineering while maintaining aesthetic and quality standards.
- Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to deadlines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of architectural detailing, materials, structural concepts, and services integration.

Qualifications
