Architect and Interior Designer

We're Hiring: Architect / Interior Designer

Location: T. Nagar, Habibullah Road, Chennai
Office Hours:

• Base Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Usual Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Overtime: Paid per minute based on biometric logs

Salary:

• For freshers: Up to ₹30,000, depending on factors like your academic performance, portfolio, and interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Drafting: Creating architectural plans, working drawings, and 3D visuals.
• Client Interaction: Understanding client needs and ensuring their vision is realized.
• Site Monitoring: Regular site visits to ensure the project progresses as planned, meets safety standards, and maintains quality.
• Project Oversight: Handling projects from concept through to completion and collaborating with engineers and other teams.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and an understanding of architectural drawings and 3D visualization.
• For less than 1 year of experience: A laptop capable of running Lumion for 3D rendering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
