ARCHITECT CUM INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Summary

• Exp.: 3 -4 years Min.
• Male/Female both
• Should having a great knowledge of 2D 3D and Auto cad
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar
• Labor Management
• Site visiting.
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
• Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied
• Required site visit and architectural design experience with interior and exterior both
• This role is permanent basis (No charge direct from company joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
