Architect Designer

REQUIRED - Knowledge/Expertise of 3D Visualization

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conceptual Design & Planning:

Develop master plans, zoning layouts, and space programs for new hospitals, medical colleges, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities.

Detailed Design Development:

Prepare schematic layouts, working drawings, sections, elevations, and 3D presentations aligned with hospital workflow, NABH/CGHS/NMC norms, and local building codes.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with doctors, promoters, clinical consultants, and internal project teams to understand medical planning requirements and translate them into architectural designs.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare BOQs, GFC drawings, tender documents, and coordination drawings with MEP, HVAC, and structural consultants.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all designs comply with healthcare regulations including NBC, FSI norms, MoHFW guidelines, and fire/NOC requirements.

Project Support:

Support project execution teams in design validation, site visits, vendor interactions, and quality checks during construction phases.

Innovation & Sustainability:

Integrate energy-efficient and sustainable design practices suited for healthcare environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
