Architect Engineer

Obtain Construction NOCs: Manage the process of acquiring necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from Tarakhees, DDA,DM,DEWA and DCD .

Management Approvals: Coordinate with municipal and regulatory bodies to secure all required approvals and permits.

Structural Design: Develop and review structural designs to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

MEP Drawings: Oversee the creation and evaluation of MEP drawings, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are effectively integrated into the design.

Project Coordination: Liaise with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to Dubai’s construction regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architect Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on obtaining NOCs Tarakhees, DDA,DM,DEWA,DCD and management approvals.

Expertise in structural design and familiarity with MEP systems.

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s construction regulations and procedures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
