About the Role

Marikar Interiors is looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer with minimum 2 years of experience. The candidate must have strong design sense, good creativity, and excellent 3D visualisation skills. You will work on luxury residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design concepts, space plans and interior layouts
• Develop detailed drawings and material specifications
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations & renderings
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and site teams
• Assist in site visits and ensure design accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Architecture / Interior Design
• Strong design and visualisation skills
• Good knowledge of software (AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop etc.)
• Ability to handle projects independently
• Good communication and presentation skills
