Architect / Interior Designer – BOQ & Site Execution

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed interior layouts as per client requirements.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for timely execution.
• Supervise site execution, quality checks, and work progress as per drawings.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and present design concepts.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality, and timelines.
• Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and design innovations.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of BOQ preparation, costing, and material selection.
• Experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Strong communication, presentation & client handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
