Architect – Sustainable Design and Building Materials Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to sustainable, energy-efficient design solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate structural and mechanical systems into design plans.
• Ensure designs align with sustainability and environmental standards.
• Manage material selection and procurement to meet design goals.
• Assist with energy modeling and performance analysis.
• Work closely with teams to ensure accurate project execution during construction.
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in design with knowledge of engineering concepts.
• LEED certification and/or experience in structural, mechanical, or civil engineering is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices.

(Preferred):

• Have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
• Chinese bilingual.
• Construction projects experience and management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
