As an Architect at GS Technologies / EzyTeams, you will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects especially using Revit, ensuring compliance with client specifications, local codes, and industry standards. You will work directly with US-based clients to develop detailed design documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the execution of architectural projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Drafting: Develop architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using Revit.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate closely with US-based clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and objectives. Provide regular updates on project progress and address client feedback.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed architectural documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, in compliance with US building codes and regulations.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
• Technology Integration: Utilize advanced software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools to improve design efficiency and streamline project workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, Revit tools, and US construction practices. Implement best practices and innovative solutions for project improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
