Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Develop and refine architectural designs, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.

2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management, to ensure project deliverables are met.

3. Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide design updates, and address concerns.

5. Design Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

3. Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software, such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
