Role Summary

Lead and manage residential design projects from schematic design through construction documentation and build support, coordinating with clients, team members, consultants, and trade partners. The majority of work involves residential remodels and additions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential design experience (remodeling experience strongly preferred)
• Degree in Architecture, Design, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with CAD software (Chief Architect preferred)
• Strong grasp of design process, organization, and client communication
• Knowledge of wood-framed residential construction and local building codes
• Experience preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and existing-condition documentation
