Our services include Commercial and Residential Design, Construction Documents, Construction Management, Interior Build-outs and Renovations, Ground-up Projects, and Quality Assurance and Control.

Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Design Architect, located in Orlando, FL. The Design Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design processes, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring design compliance with building standards. The role involves collaborating directly with our Architect Design Lead drafting on Autodesk Revit.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Software Revit
• Familiar with Florida Building Code & Building Materials
• Experience in Design Management and Construction Drawings
• Strong Communication skills
• Fast Learner
• Familiar with permitting is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation as this is a in person job
