We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architectural Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in transforming conceptual ideas into detailed, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural designs. Your energy and passion for design will drive project development from initial sketches through detailed drafting, ensuring each project meets client needs, building codes, and sustainability standards. <Responsibilities>

• Develop conceptual design sketches and detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or MicroStation.
• Create 3D models and visualizations with SketchUp, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, or 3ds Max to communicate design intent effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents, schematics, and technical drawings that adhere to building codes and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and clients to refine design concepts and ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems and interior details.
• Utilize Bluebeam for markup review and digital collaboration on project plans and specifications.
• Engage in system design, graphic design, and 2D animation tasks to enhance presentation materials and client proposals.
• Support site visits and construction phases by reviewing shop drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to design intent.
• Stay current with industry trends, innovative materials, and sustainable practices to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into projects.

<Skills>

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation; strong drafting skills are essential.
• Expertise in 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max; ability to produce realistic visualizations.
• Experience with Bluebeam for PDF markup and digital collaboration workflows.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles relevant to building systems integration.
• Familiarity with schematic development and construction documentation processes.
• Strong graphic design skills for presentations and client communication.
• Ability to work on interior design projects with attention to spatial planning and aesthetic detail.
• Understanding of system design including HVAC, electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, and structural considerations.
• Skills in 2D animation for dynamic project presentations are a plus.
• Experience with drafting standards across various platforms such as SolidWorks or other mechanical CAD tools is advantageous.
