Experience

• A professional degree in architecture - required.
• Professional experience in an architecture firm 5 years minimum - required.
• Experience in commercial projects - required.
• On the path to professional licensure - preferred.
  
  

Employment Type

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of Design and Construction Documentation.
• Interface with Consultants and third-party vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
• Field Verifications and project site visits.
• Update and maintain project files and folders.
  
  

Requirements

• AutoCAD proficiency - required
• Revit Architecture proficiency - required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - required
• Experience in production of Construction Documentation - required
• Construction Administration experience - required
• Experience with coordination with engineers and other consultants – required
• Familiarity with FBC, ADA and NFPA - required
  
  

Compensation

This will be a salary position and compensation will be negotiated during the interview process and will be indicative of the experience level and the skill set of the potential candidate.
