Architectural Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings in AutoCAD.
• Produce submission drawings according to the local development authority byelaws.
• Create detailed working drawings (plumbing, electrical, structural coordination, schedules, finishing details etc.).
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and interior teams to avoid clashes.
• Assist senior architects in project documentation and presentations.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all technical drawings
• Should be able to develop 3D models (SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit) and Assist in producing basic rendered views

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 3 years
• Proficient in Architectural Software (AutoCAD/Sketchup/3Ds Max etc.)
• Candidates must be Islamabad/Rawalpindi based.
• Experience in using design and visualization tools is a plus
