Are you a dynamic and innovative marketing professional with a passion for architecture? As the Architectural Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing initiatives to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement within the architectural community. You’ll harness your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to showcasing our architectural excellence through multichannel marketing strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates using WordPress and HTML.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize all digital content for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving online presence.
  • Manage advertising sales initiatives, including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising, to maximize return on investment.
  • Oversee performance marketing efforts through analytics tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product management and budgeting to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand our reach within the architectural community.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Experience to assist with company's social media campaign.
  • Knowledge of Luxury Real Estate in South Florida.
  • Understanding of what architects provide with their services.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a knack for crafting persuasive messaging that drives action.
  • Familiarity with print advertising techniques alongside digital channels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
