Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Planning Manager graduate of (2015-2016-2017-20218-2019) located in 6 October. The Architectural Planning Manager will be responsible for:

• planning, coordinate design phases, and manage project timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Responsibilities include supervising design development and ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• The role also involves risk assessment, and collaborating with construction teams for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Planning Primavera or MS Project
• Experience in Resource Allocation, Risk Assessment, and Project Management
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field
• Experience in managing large-scale architectural projects is highly beneficial
