About the Role

We at Talent Expertz are hiring an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Director to lead corporate and institutional sales, drive strategic business growth, and strengthen key partnerships within the financial services and insurance sector for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify and secure corporate and institutional clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Expand market share by targeting high-potential industries and business sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing corporate sales professionals.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and superior client experience.
• Represent the organization at business forums, networking events, and corporate meetings to strengthen brand presence and build partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 10–12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in corporate and institutional sales, especially with corporate and SME clients.
• Strong regional market knowledge and an established professional network.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale sales operations and driving business growth.
• Excellent command of consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
