Job Description: Area Sales Executive (Barddhaman)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to establish and create distributor, wholesaler, and retail chain networks in Barddhaman.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners, wholesalers, and retailers to expand market presence.
- Achieve sales targets by driving product sales through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and key accounts to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely delivery, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management for strategic planning.
- Attend relevant local trade events and meetings to network and promote Femisure products.
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and product developments to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, or similar sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel within Barddhaman, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and standard office software.
- Knowledge of distributor and retail chain operations preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
