1. Convincing Prospective clients that your Organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.

2. Managing the client base through excellent follow-up on leads for existing & new clients.

3. Sending out details of new properties on the market to potential buyers.

4. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and attending to clients .

5. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price.

6. Maintaining good relations with the developers team.

7. Maintaining MIS & daily sales reports.

8. Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.

Desired Candidate

1. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

2. Strong sales negotiation & communication skills.

6. Decision Maker

7. Own Bike is compulsory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
