Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of first-line managers and KAMs to drive sales performance and market growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Western Region.
  • Ensure P&L ownership, driving sustainable growth and financial performance.
  • Oversee private and government sector sales, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Expand market share across diverse therapeutic areas, including generic and multinational portfolios.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to align business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure operational excellence in sales execution and territory management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a second-line sales management role, such as National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager, ideally handling a diverse portfolio.
  • Strong track record in managing first-line managers and KAMs.
  • Extensive experience in both private and government sectors within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Diverse regional experience across different territories, with a mix of generic and multinational pharmaceutical exposure.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience.
  • Willingness to relocate (most likely to Jeddah) if required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
