Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in the Rahim Yar Khan District. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, developing strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders, and identifying new market opportunities. Daily responsibilities include executing sales strategies, leading and motivating a team, analyzing sales performance metrics, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to align strategies with company goals.

Skills/ Experience

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Leadership skills for managing and motivating sales teams effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical capabilities for interpreting sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and report generation
  • Experience in managing distribution channels and working with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Qualifications

MBA Marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a plus.

Beverages Industries Experience is preferred.
