Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure store layout and visual merchandising are in line with company standards.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics for product availability.
  • Support promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays as per business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
