Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and profitability goals.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure store layout and visual merchandising are in line with company standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics for product availability.
- Support promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as per business needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
