Area Sales Manager for Industrial Fuels & Lubricants is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the distribution of fuels and lubricants within a designated region or territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive the sales and market penetration of industrial fuels, lubricants, and related products within the assigned area.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Retain and grow existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for key clients and customers in the region.
Provide technical support and guidance on product applications and usage.
Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Analyze sales data, monitor regional market conditions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Track competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including fuels, lubricants, and related services.
Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the market.
Work closely with the technical team to support product selection and application in the field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
