We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager for North East Region , HQ - Guwahati, Assam .
Role Requirement:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement area sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Set and monitor sales targets for the respective area and ensure target achievement.
Identify growth opportunities within the zone to increase market share.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Officers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture across the sales team.
Market & Customer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure excellent customer service and address escalated customer issues promptly.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and analyze sales data, zone performance, and etc.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on zonal performance to senior management.
Use data to forecast sales and plan inventory.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align zonal operations.
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and other brand initiatives.
