Area Sales Manager

Nutrifactor is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic "Area Sales Manager” to join our team in Gujrat.

Qualifications:
Minimum Science Graduation / MBA

Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the same position,

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to meet targets and achieve growth.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

• English proficiency.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Ability to analyze sales and market data to make informed decisions.
• Sales growth mindset and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Note: Pharmacist & Nutritionist will be given preference
