Area Sales Manager

Qualification: Graduation or MBA

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate must have strong market connections, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and market stakeholders.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Prepare sales reports and share insights with senior management.

Requirements:

4–5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably FMCG / related industry).

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Well-connected in the Karachi market.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
