The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our regional sales, Key accounts and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and Product marketing. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with dealers, distributors and internal sales teams.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Process
• Focus on Dealer Customer and Key Account initiatives.
• Focus on new product sales, dealer training, Primary and Secondary sales.
2. Share Gain Plans
• Focus on sales and development of the region.
3. Sales target Achievement
• Focus on achievement of sales targets for various businesses in the region
4. Pricing Proposals
• Communication to dealers and customers on price increases. Monthly review with team on implementation.
• Work closely with Product Marketing team for product positioning and price increase decisions.
5. Channel Appointment
• Strengthening existing dealers and appointing new dealers.
6. Sales Analysis
• Monitoring Sales Forecast and trends. Tracking lost sales and identifying initiatives to retain customers.
• Reviews at retail/product level for trend tracking and monitoring.
• Team reviews and KPIs monitoring. Mapping Market potentials.
