Position: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the area sales team.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade promotions and merchandising activities.
• Analyse competitor activities and develop counter strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or confectionery industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Karachi market and distribution channels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
