Area Sales Manager Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in a defined geographic area.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to prospective clients, promoting the company's products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends, and make recommendations for product and service improvements.
  • Manage and oversee the category of Women's Ethnic Wear products.
  • Have handled Ladies ethnic ware Kurti & Indo western in wholesales B2B.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
