Area Sales Manager

Job holder is primarily responsible for UAE Market and will be placed depends on the market/ channel, experience.

What you must have:

Very good experience in Customer Handling

Good exposure in Market knowledge

Know-how to retain your customers

Mandate skills to generate a new lead and sales

Good Team Player who can guide and drive the team members along with your journey, and

FMCG experience (Preferred: Water, Dairy, Juice, Feed) is must in UAE/ or GCC

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day to day sales, targets, customer focus, create a new lead.

• Target driven for an attractive sales commission/ bonus.

• Ensure customers satisfaction for their continuous service satisfaction and retention.

• Handle customer management and receipt processing.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions and work with Finance for compliance.

• Win-Win support to Sales Director/ National/ Regional Heads in achieving quarterly, year targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is preferred)

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles of an FMCG company (Juice, Water, Dairy, Feed experience is preferred)

• Prior experience of using multiple integrated systems.
