Job Description – Area Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is
- responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned geographical territory.
- Required to possess strong strategic thinking, market intelligence
- able to build long-term relationships with hospitality/HORECA clients, architects, and project
developers.
- ensures that all sales activities support correct brand positioning, company revenue targets
operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
· · Execute periodic territory sales plans as developed by National Sales Head aligned with company objectives and market potential.
· · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· · Expected to identify high-opportunity markets, customer segments, and product gaps.
· · Maintain strong sales pipeline and proactive tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
· · Exected to take initiatives to increase market share and improve product penetration within
target accounts.
2. Key Account Management
· Manage existing dealer and distributor networks to ensure consistent sales performance, adequate stock, and brand representation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
