Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets within the assigned area.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the area.

Identify new business opportunities and work on expanding the customer base.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze sales metrics and data to inform strategy adjustments.

Willingness to travel within the area as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,231.56 - ₹55,347.68 per month
