Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results driven Area Sales Manager to lead our HVAC and Firefighting sales team. The candidate should have strong expertise in the industry, a proven track record in sales and business development, and experience in managing sales as well as showroom Sales operations (HVAC & Electrical products). The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding our business, increasing market presence, and strengthening vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Central Region.

Identify and engage with potential customers, End users, contractors, and consultants to increase sales of HVAC and Firefighting products.

Manage and expand relationships with existing vendors (Hitachi, Gala, NKK, Al Jazeera Pipes and LEDE grooved fittings) and support in finding out new vendors.

Oversee showroom Sales operations, ensuring optimal customer service and product display.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering or experience in Mechanical HVAC firefighting field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in HVAC, Firefighting & Electrical products with Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Firefighting solutions, and related industry standards.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Experience in managing a showroom and sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
