Join Our Team as an Area Sales Manager / Field Sales Executive!

Locations:

  • Delhi (1 Vacancy)
  • Gurgaon (1 Vacancy)
  • Faridabad (1 Vacancy)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Corporate Office: Wazirpur, Delhi
Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD)
Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards

Who We Are Looking For:

A motivated and experienced ASM/FSE ready to drive sales, meet clients, and build strong relationships. Your goal: Increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a field-based role where you’ll spend most of your time visiting clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions.

If you’re confident, target-driven, love interacting with people, and have experience in home interior or building materials, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings & product demonstrations.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends & competitor activity.
  • Training & Development: Enhance product knowledge & sales skills.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed sales records & provide regular updates.

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and professional email communication

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Experience:

Experience in industries like:

  • Architectural Hardware
  • Paints & Coatings
  • Laminates & Veneers
  • Sanitary-ware & Bathroom Fittings
  • Tiles & Surfaces
  • Home Appliances
  • Other Home Interiors & Building Materials

Note: Candidates from Telesales, Banking, Insurance, or the Steel Industry are not considered.

Additional Requirements:

  • Own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license
  • Experience in B2B or channel sales is a plus
