Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing a strong dealer network, expanding market share, and monitoring competitor activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills, preferably in the automobile or electric bike industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, expand, and manage the dealer network across assigned regions.
• Identify potential dealers and onboard them through effective communication and negotiation.
• Conduct regular market visits, including out-of-city travel, to strengthen dealer relationships and drive sales performance.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and sales activities to provide market comparison and business insights.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Conduct product demos, promotional activities, and dealer training sessions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, dealer activities, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably in automobile/electric bikes or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of dealer development and field sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently to out-station cities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
