MISSION

  • Develop Shiseido Group's business in Fragrance, Make-up, and Skincare categories with distributors in the assigned markets. Fully responsible for planning, developing, and implementing both long-term and short-term commercial strategies aligned with company goals to support and accelerate growth.
  • The role requires frequent travel.
  • Arabic speaker is a must.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full business cycle with distributors in the respective markets.
  • Create and manage budgets, annual sales plans, and P&Ls for each brand and market (Net sales, brand margins).
  • Serve as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, brand managers, and teams.
  • Address and resolve partner complaints.
  • Supervise all processes related to each market.
  • Coordinate with marketing, commercial, digital, finance, and logistics departments to meet partner needs.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups on sales achievements versus targets.
  • Organize training and education processes for each market.
  • Ensure timely order placement.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain for rolling forecast inputs.
  • Consolidate and share monthly Out-Of-Stock (OOS) reports and improve service rates.
  • Review orders to ensure relevant SKUs are ordered, avoiding discount/LE items and slow movers.
  • Collect monthly tester requirements, order, and replenish stock accordingly.
  • Distribute GWPs, samples, and POSM materials to each account.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A passion for beauty and the cosmetics industry.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales roles working with distributors in the Beauty, Fashion, or FMCG sectors.
  • Extensive experience in the Middle East region and working with distribution partners. Proven track record in managing brand strategy implementation, budgeting, and planning with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong time management and operational skills.
  • Strategic thinking and numerical acumen.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
