Responsibilities
  • Develop market share and achieve performance product objectives as ASM for the MEA area.
  • Maintain long term relationships with accounts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate local sales team, distributors/agents, and support technical activities.
  • Plan and manage sales, forecast, and execute area business plan.
  • Provide business plans, manage key accounts, ensure payment terms, and credit management.
  • Analyze market, understand customer decision process, and attend trade shows.
  • Drive project management, strategic planning, and innovation of opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years in sales, feed industry preferred.
  • Autonomous, strong communication, negotiation, decision making, time management, persuasive, confident.
  • Degree in business, marketing, veterinary/agri/agro engineering.
  • Fluency in English mandatory, French advantage.
  • IT tools: MS Windows, Salesforce.
  • 70% travelling.
