Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume & value).
- Implement sales plans, promotional activities, and new product launches as per company guidelines.
- Expand product availability across GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), HORECA, and institutional channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase coverage and depth of distribution.
Distribution Management
- Ensure optimal primary and secondary sales through distributor network.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors/stockists within the assigned area.
- Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, claims, and timely payments.
- Improve market reach by adding new outlets and increasing SKU penetration.
Market Execution & Visibility
- Ensure merchandising standards, product freshness, and planogram compliance at outlets.
- Drive visibility initiatives, POP placement, and trade marketing execution.
- Keep track of competitor activities, pricing changes, and promotions; provide market intelligence.
Team Leadership & Productivity
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Representatives/TSIs (Territory Sales In-Charge).
- Conduct regular market working with the team to improve performance and beat plans.
- Identify training needs, performance gaps and conduct capability-building sessions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Review primary & secondary sales, SKU-wise performance, and profitability KPIs.
- Maintain accurate MIS: route plans, beat mapping, outlet classification, and sales reports.
- Provide timely reporting on market trends, opportunities, and risk areas.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
