Responsibilities:
1. Ability to conceptualize, idealize national campaigns: TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio & others.
2. Manage a team of visualizers and graphic designers.
3. A strong sense of design and layouts.
4. A strong sense of responsibility and brand ownership.
5. Commitment to deadlines.
6. Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
7. Preferably, from a reputable art college.

Personal Skills:

1. Team Management skills.
2. Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines.
3. Strong analytical skills are essential.
