Role Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director to lead and create. Based in Riyadh, this full-time, on-site role combines creative direction with active design work. You’ll shape visual concepts, develop branding systems, and bring ideas to life across exhibitions, events, and digital experiences, while ensuring every detail meets ImpressIV’s standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts aligned with project goals and client vision

• Take part directly in design production from sketches and storyboards to final visuals

• Lead and collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams on integrated creative outputs

• Work closely with production, project management, and operations teams to translate creative ideas into tangible, high-quality deliverables

• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all platforms and deliverables

• Present and communicate creative ideas effectively to internal teams and clients

• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and production methods relevant to our industry

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Art Direction and Creative Design, with a strong portfolio showing both leadership and execution

• Expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and layout design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) 3D or motion skills are a plus

• Strong organizational, presentation, and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Familiarity with global and regional design trends
