We are seeking a
2D Creative and Strategic Art Director
with 4–7 years of experience in advertising agencies to lead the visual direction of our campaigns and projects. The Art Director will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and supervising creative work across branding, advertising campaigns, print, digital, and promotional materials.

hands-on design skills
and
team leadership
, ensuring all creative output aligns with client objectives and maintains a high standard of design excellence. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, guide junior designers, and collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and production teams to deliver impactful and innovative work.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
4–7 years of proven experience in an advertising agency as an Art Director or Senior Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding, and advertising work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Experience in leading design teams and providing constructive feedback.
Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into effective visual storytelling.
Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings and pitches.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Knowledge of printing processes and production standards.
Competitive base salary plus
