Art Gallery Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Art Gallery Director to lead the launch and management of our new gallery located in Moda Mall, Manama.
The Director will oversee daily operations, client relations, sales strategy, exhibition planning, and collaboration with international collectors and institutions.
This is a key leadership role in a growing international art company expanding in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the gallery’s operations and staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with collectors, art advisors, and institutions.
• Supervise exhibition planning, logistics, and marketing coordination.
• Handle artwork presentation, pricing, and sales negotiations.
• Liaise with head office in Europe regarding acquisitions and consignments.
• Represent the gallery at art fairs and cultural events in Bahrain and abroad.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in art gallery management, auction houses, or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently and represent a high-end brand.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD800.000 per month
