What You'll Do

• Own the Brand Identity, Artwork, Data Visualization, and Brand Story: Create original graphics for clear and engaging communications.

• Transform Intricate Medical and Scientific Information: Into compelling visuals, while mentoring junior art directors.

• Lead Visual Creation: Ensure projects align with brand strategic goals.

• Collaborate with Copy Partners: Bring information to life visually and in layout.

• Demonstrate Expertise Across Tactics: Print, digital, social, and motion for HCP and patient audiences.

• Deliver Client Presentations: Consistently present to clients and regional teams.

• Contribute Innovative Concepts: To agency-wide creative initiatives, including new campaigns.

• Talent for Visual Design and Art Creation: 6-8 years of design and art direction experience, showcasing excellent design skills and conceptual thinking.

Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
