About Us

We’re an Australian apparel company specialising in custom printed and embroidered uniforms. Our team leverages AI tools to automate design, marketing, and business workflows — and we’re looking for an innovative AI Specialist to help take our operations to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI automations to streamline daily operations (design, pricing, chatbots, marketing).
• Build and train AI assistants using platforms like Voiceflow, OpenAI, or Zapier.
• Create AI workflows for image generation, vectorisation, and mock-up automation.
• Integrate AI tools with backend systems (e.g., website, CRM, and order management).
• Research and implement new AI solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy across departments.
• Analyse data to identify areas for automation and cost reduction.
• Support staff with AI-related troubleshooting and process documentation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms (OpenAI API, Voiceflow, Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Basic coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript preferred.
• Familiarity with image generation, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or digital workflow automation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
