As/A level Business studies and Economics

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced AS/A Level Business Studies & Economics Teacher. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, support student achievement, and contribute to the continued improvement of the Business & Economics department.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach AS and A Level Business Studies and Economics following the relevant exam board syllabus.
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that develop strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations.
• Mark work, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and school initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and stay updated on syllabus and industry changes.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching AS/A Level or similar pre-university programmes.
• Experience with Cambridge International (CAIE), Edexcel, or AQA curricula.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
