You get the tools and knowledge to sell with confidence, turning complex sales cycles into closed deals.The ASIA Partner Lead will define the ASIA Partner strategy and empower a high performing team of Territory Channel Account Managers (CAM) to support their focus on partner-generated pipeline and revenue, and supporting partner-facing program workflows and systems. The role will require the person to play a pivotal leadership role with many stakeholders across the Mimecast business, including Partner Marketing, Business Systems, Business Intelligence, Customer Success, Legal and Partner Sales and Sales. What You'll Do: Align with APAC Partner leadership and regional GTM leadership to define the Partner Strategy for ANZ; Drive increased focus from strategic partnerships across ASIA; Define and deliver the FY26/27 business plans for all key Partners supported by strong cross-functional quarterly business reviews that drive accountability Define and deliver a strategy to invest in our Partners sales and presales capability, including delivery of a "Human Risk Management" drive and sales enablement with key partners; Ensure partners are certified and compliant with our Channel Program Align our cross-functional teams with the subject matter experts within our partners Build a strong community of Partner Sales Champions as an extension of Mimecast's GTM team. Lead a team of high performing CAMs across ASIA; Coordinate Partner One Program to meet ensure broader GTM team meet agreed Partner One Program activity KPI's Provide coaching to our GTM team to ensure Mimecast is seen as a leading partner vendor with innovative partner first GTM approaches. What You'll Need: 10+ years of technology sales and Channel leadership experience Experience managing distribution and partner relationships and solid understanding of the partner landscape Track record of working partner relationships within ASEAN countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand is a must. Knowledge of the India market is an added advantage. Experience in piloting cross functional initiatives which will drive New & upsell business, reduce down sell and churn with our strategic partners Understanding of opportunity qualification, running a deal cycle, and forecasting Knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to work within a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment Interface at all levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills Experience selling cloud solutions with a focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions Good understanding of email network infrastructure and related services Strong presentation, program management and negotiation skillsQualifications:Masters degree preferred in a technical, business, or related fieldThe on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is s$216k s$324k (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
