Asphalt Batch Plant Manager

We are Vertex FZE and are looking for a Asphalt Batch Plant Manager who is ready to relocate to work on site in Libya.

Job Location: Libya - (permanent contract 2 yrs.) Visa and travel arrangements will be provided by company

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the asphalt batch plant.
• Ensure production of quality asphalt mixes as per specifications.
• Supervise plant staff and coordinate with site teams.
• Manage materials, inventory, and scheduling of production.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience in asphalt plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production, batching systems, and equipment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
